MISSION STATEMENT
“Vaikarai
Tamil Weekly is dedicated to the preservation and development
of Tamil cultural values , the Tamil language ,and promoting
and strengthening
of Canadian democratic values among the Canadian Tamil
community there by assisting the speedy integration of the
community into the mainstream of Canadian society.

to be the Tamil Community’s focal point for leadership and
co-ordination , a reliable independent source of information
on the cultural, social, economical, political activities of
the community and to be the bridge between the community and
the Canadian mainstream.
